We offer coaching services to business executives and leaders.  Working one-on-one through meaningful dialogue, together we identify opportunities that help you achieve a goal or resolve an issue.  Some people have the misconception that coaching is typically for remedial work situations, but the opposite is actually true.  Coaching is most often for those that are working towards a goal, and they realize that a coach will help them get there faster.

Coaching is different from therapy in that the focus is on addressing a current situation rather than a past issue.  It is also different from consulting because the coach does not offer the solutions.  Instead, the coach uses powerful questions and listening skills to help the client evaluate a situation more effectively and identify the best solution for them.  It is a partnership of equals, and the client is left with new tools or awareness that will continue to benefit him into the future.

There are many types of coaches.  When you are ready to hire a coach, find someone that you feel comfortable with that also has experience in your coaching topic.  Chemistry is important.  We offer a short coaching session to new clients at no charge to give you a idea of how we would work together.  Then you can decide if it is right for you.
